Geelong Rangers Soccer Club is a soccer and sporting club based at the W.H. Myers Reserve in Bell Post Hill in the northern suburbs of the City of Greater Geelong. Our club is inclusive and multi-cultural with a strong focus on coaching and player development, and a proud family-friendly atmosphere.

Geelong Rangers is excited to announce an opportunity for a highly qualified and experienced Technical Director to join our team. Following a year of significant growth, we are dedicated to further developing our football pathways for our coaches and male and female players from U12s through to seniors.![]()

As the Technical Director, reporting directly to the President and the Executive, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the Rangers' football strategy. Your role will involve enhancing our strategic plan, implementing sustainable resource systems, and developing a communication strategy to support our coaches in fostering a positive coaching environment to match our club culture.![]()

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and outstanding communication skills, essential for FFV, uniting coaches and team managers. You will be innovative with your idea’s and have a clear set of goals to support the club. Rangers recognise the significance of this key role and offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your experience. You will be supported by an administrator so that you can focus on being on the ground with the teams.![]()
